Back Squat on The Minute WOD

1 back squat the first minute, 2 back

squats the 2nd minute, and so on and so

forth, until you can no longer  beat the

 clock.  You must do a minimum of 20

minutes of work total.  35/45

On-Rampers (0 to 3 mos)

Same Wod as above but Air Squat

instead of empty bar

    took the night off:( i was a mental workout for me!! hehe…gunna hit it hard tomorrow!! :) looks like a fun one…i will have to make it up in the afternoon cuz i have to work in the morning…good luck to all of you who r participating in the 5k tomorrow!!! dont forget to wear ur xfit shirts!!!:)

    Problem with my bones this monring and getting out of bed. Will be there at 5pm today. Natalia said this was a “FUN WOD”. So this is my reservation for a 35 pound barbell.
