To get started at CrossFit Hardbodies, you will need to attend a Free Introductory class.
Show up at the studio 5-10 min before your appointment. One of the trainers will be there to greet you and have you sign a waiver stating that you are in good health.
When we feel like we have everyone who was planning on showing up, we will talk about CrossFit, show you our studio and then get you moving with a 10 minute warm up. Once everyone has finished warming up, we will discuss the workout of the day (W.O.D.).
We will demonstrate the movements required for the workout and then give you some practice time. Once everyone is comfortable with the movements, the entire group will start the workout together with a 3-2-1- Go!
